T.R.I.P

WHAT IS TRIP?
T.R.I.P. is a way for you to reduce your tuition bill by purchasing gift certificates – at no additional cost – for goods and services that you use every day. A percentage of the certificate’s value (less 1% for operating expenses) is applied as a credit toward the participating family’s situation.

HOW TO ORDER
Orders MUST be received in the St. John School Office by 9:00 am on Monday.

Orders will be ready for pick up the following Wednesday in the St. John School Office from 8:00 am until 3:20 pm.

Orders may be dropped off any time during the week, as long as they are received by the Monday morning deadline. Any order received after the deadline will be processed the following week.

Checks written for T.R.I.P. must be written for the full amount of the order (made out to St. John T.R.I.P.). In the event of an error on the order form every attempt will be made to contact the family submitting the order, however, if we are unable to contact you by the time the ordering is complete, we will not include the order, as it is the responsibility of the family to make sure the order/payment is correct.

Students can pick up orders if a waiver has been signed. Waiver forms will be available in the St John Office and T.R.I.P. Office.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE T.R.I.P. PROGRAM?
The program is available to everyone! That’s right…..parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, teachers, neighbors can enroll in T.R.I.P. and designate their credits to go to a specific family’s tuition account or the St John Scholarship Fund, which assists many families.

If your child is enrolled at Lumen Christi, you can also participate. Tuition credits earned at St. John will be sent to the school the first of May.

Families who are planning to eventually enroll their children at St John can also participate in T.R.I.P. by “banking” credits. The families T.R.I.P. credits will be held until their child begins at St. John Elementary School.
